We teach NOT ONLY Exercise Training but we ALSO Specialize in unarmed combat, blade defense, how to use weapons in the street. Mental or mindset aspects of street defense, this is extremely important for reality street-based defense as this is where people stand or fall. This comes from approximately 40 years of experience in both training people in combat combined with real life experience in the street.
To teach effective counters to blade attacks or counters to pistol attacks you need to understand how the attacker will use these weapons and their characteristics. This is where having the training in weapons and unarmed combat comes in. Having the understanding and ability in blade and handgun skills gives you the edge when teaching defenses against these. Its also not conducive to the persons well being to teach or give a false sense of security as there are limitations to your ability when reality bites.

To be effective we first lay the foundation by teaching the mental aspects and mindset that allow you to prevail. Then technique which allows the person to be effective and efficient which makes you use less energy and more force. Systematic approach with building a foundation of strength, flexibility, mindset, mobility and technique is what makes a system stand out from among the competition.
Speed (movement and limbs) Power (in strikes) Flexibility (of the mind) technique and a good strategy are essential to success in the street.

We have one on one training and group lessons at the place of training in the hall or at a venue close to the persons residence or at their place of residence.
The training is only for people that are serious about street defense, doing one or two classes wont help. As with anything in life a certain dedication will stand you in good stead. This will enable you to protect you wife and kids and give peace of mind in any combat situation.
One on one training can be done at the hall or at home as suits the client. The cost involved for personal training is R 350 per hour. This applies to the year 2022

Workout Training areas and Facilities
We use many types of facility where possible we use jungle gyms close to the group of clients to make I convenient for them. This makes both the self-defence and fitness more fulfilling and realistic while keeping it exciting to train in a variety of environments whether mountains, beaches or forest. This means people are more likely to participate and to continue training. Both self-defence and fitness are done at the clients home when doing one on one training, small groups, and for variety even on the mountain or in the forest where applicable and convenient

Body Shape
Body shaping exercise is all about the large muscle groups and is slightly different when it comes to men and women due to in some cases a difference in goals, as men like big arms and chest and woman want muscle tone and shape in hips, legs and arms and chest but not size. This means a very specific program will work for women that wont be applicable to men
Methods pertaining to Self Defence
Based on real life experience of 40 years’ in real combat, my focus is to teach the techniques which work. By keeping it simple and uncomplicated therefore we can do more as repetition of simple techniques is the key to success in street combat, as time is essential to success, the faster you react and can start fighting the more chance of survival. Secrets to both Exercise & Self Defence
When it comes to success in both exercise and self-defense you need long term goals as nobody can change their body type (shape) or learn combat in a short-term scenario. Your goals have to be based around at least 2-4 years and even more for those dedicated to self-preservation
Overall or Comprehensive Strategy
We find it more conducive to success to have a good overall strategy (comprehensive),such as pertaining to exercise have a good general strategy such as warm up (walk) cardio (short run/cycle/ dance (skip)/ swim) then go into a comprehensive resistance program such as whole-body calisthenics

Pertaining to self-defence, you must cover those aspects that most pertain to success in real combat namely mindset, movement (flexibility), strategy, correct striking technique and understanding of criminal behaviour and anatomy of vulnerability

The times and dates are flexible and determined by the requirements of the client and can be anytime from early morning to evening , this means 06:00 morning till 20:00 evening. It is therefore best to contact us and establish what times are available. Times will change as clients leave and new spaces come available
